Dental Implants
Replacing Missing Teeth in Noblesville, IN

Dental implants are a long-lasting solution for replacing missing teeth. An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and provides a stable foundation for a crown, bridge, or other dental restoration.
At Noblesville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, we use advanced imaging and careful surgical planning to create an implant treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
A strong foundation for a confident, healthy smile.
When Are Dental Implants Recommended?
Dental implants may be an option if you:
- Are missing one or more teeth
- Have a tooth that cannot be predictably restored
- Want a fixed alternative to a removable tooth replacement
- Need support for a bridge or full-arch restoration
- Have adequate bone or are a candidate for bone grafting
Every patient is different. We’ll evaluate your health, bone structure, and treatment goals to determine whether dental implants are right for you.
Replace missing teeth with a long-lasting solution that looks, feels, and functions like your natural smile.
What to Expect
Consultation & Planning
Your visit begins with an evaluation of your teeth, gums, and jaw. When appropriate, 3D CBCT imaging allows us to evaluate your bone and surrounding anatomy and carefully plan the position of your implant.
Implant Placement
The dental implant is carefully placed into the jawbone. Depending on your individual treatment plan, this may be performed with local anesthesia, sedation, or a combination of both.
Healing
Over the next several weeks to months, the implant integrates with the surrounding bone, creating a stable foundation for your new tooth.
Your Final Tooth
Once healing is complete, your restorative dentist will create the crown, bridge, or prosthesis that attaches to the implant.
Will I Need Bone Grafting?
Not everyone needs a bone graft before implant placement. If there is not enough bone to predictably support an implant, bone grafting may be recommended before or at the time of implant placement.
We’ll review your imaging and discuss exactly what your treatment requires before moving forward.
