Patient Review
Dr. Lora Parker is an truly exceptional oral surgeon. As a fellow dentist, I’m very selective about who I refer patients to, and I trust her completely. She combines outstanding clinical skill with a calm, compassionate approach that immediately puts patients at ease. Her communication is clear, and her office runs efficiently and professionally. She took care of my sister’s wisdom teeth and everything was great! I highly recommend Dr. Parker to anyone in need of oral surgery.

The lady who picks up the calls, named Faye, was very unprofessional and rude in answering the phone call I made regarding a question. She seems to have no professionalism and zero patience towards patients in helping them.

Patient Review
The woman that took my call (Faye) was very rude and kept trying to rush me off the phone, telling me she was the only person working the desk. I was trying to get a date scheduled and the entire time she sounded extremely annoyed, as if i were ruining her day by trying to make an appointment. When she told me i would have to come in for a consult and there isn’t an opening until February I said “shoot” (under my breath) because i was thinking the pain i have is causing extreme migraines with possible localized infections. She then says “Excuse me?! what did you say to me?! I don’t appreciate you spewing profanities at me!” When she said “excuse me, what did you say to me?!” i paused and asked if she was speaking to me because i thought she must be talking to someone else in person. I understand and sympathize with her situation, but that is no reason to lash out at a potential customer. If she acts like this all the time I have no idea how this place gets any business or how she still has a job. I am currently asking for a different referral because of this woman named Faye. Hopefully you find a job you enjoy so you can stop taking out your frustration on others, Faye.

They handled my daughter’s oral surgery efficiently, effectively and with the upmost care. I could not recommend them more. They got us in quickly and reassured us with what could have been a very scary situation, but ended up having the best possible outcome.

Patient Review
Before coming to Dr. Kolar I felt as though I had been getting the “run-around” in my quest to address a very painful oral condition that was defying definitive detection. It would have been easy enough to convince me that I needed a tooth extraction but thanks to Dr. Kolar’s willingness to listen to me explain the ordeal leading up to this referral it was agreed that an exploratory surgery might be the only means to determine what might be going on in my case. Dr. Kolar sympathized with my plight and informed me early on that there will be no more run-around. He assured me, in no uncertain terms, that I was in capable hands – and he was absolutely right. What started out as an infectious condition revealed through an otherwise simple/routine dental impression (for a new set of dentures,) turned out to be a nearly invisible to imaging, oddly presenting bone cyst of the jaw and a case of antibiotic resistant osteomyelitis. This was nothing short of a nightmare scenario and ultimately led to 3 surgical interventions and a many day stay in the hospital. Through it all I found “Doctor Nick” to be skilled, informative, friendly and compassionate; never wishing to do more than necessary but bound and determined to get the better of this rather serious condition. It was a long, difficult struggle for me, but every step of the way I felt I was exactly where I was meant to be, and Dr. Kolar was – without reservation – the person for the job. The Noblesville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center provided an excellent environment, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I trust they all share in these 5 stars!

Patient Review
Dr Kolar is amazing and truly passionate about patient care and making sure what needs to happen, happens. I had a nerve injury from wisdom tooth removal back in July. Dr Kolar I first visited back in early september and from there he has always been very on top of everything i need and finding the resources to help recover my injury. Though not able to do the nerve repair surgery himself, he got me in with one of best surgeons for my condition down in Dallas. When I had issues down there he was also incredibly responsive and did all he could to get the ball rolling and for me to get my procedure, which was accomplished and went well. He also called me back almost instantly today on a saturday when I was needing an alternate pain medication and I’m so very thankful. I could not recommend him and his office enough. He truly cares and will do whatever he can even if it not his specialty. Thank you Dr Kolar!!!!!! You are so appreciated.
