Patient Review
I am a pediatric dentist at Pediatric Dentistry of Noblesville. My office has been referring our patients to this practice for over 30yrs. We fully trust the doctors and staff to provide outstanding care. We’ve only received positive feedback from our patients who have been treated here and will continue our professional relationship for years to come!

My wife went in to see Dr. Potee and it was far worse than she could have imagined. Dr. Potee himself was extremely hostile, aggressive, discriminatory due to her having anxiety and the type of insurance she had, terrible bedside manners, rushed, zero empathy, and sever anger issues. His staff in office was extremely rude, cold hearted, and very off putting! Outside of the office his staff proceeded to bash my wife on social media and state various lies in regards to what happened the day she was supposed to receive treatment from Dr. Potee. As a whole this entire office is as unprofessional as it could possibly get! Quality over quantity! Save yourself the trauma and find an oral surgeon who actually cares about their patients and not just money!

My wife went in for the removal of 3 wisdom teeth. She experienced some rather serve effects from the Anesthesia used. It took nearly an hour for her to be able to move from the chair to the car post surgery. In no way do we think the office did anything wrong, our concern is they did not contact us after to see if she was doing alright from the effects of the medication administered. They seem very office focused and the quality of care was not there in any means. She vomited 5 times in office before us leaving and once in the car on the way home. This is not a normal occurrence per the discussion with them at the office. They tried to have us move her another time before we left resulting in her vomiting again as she could not stand. You think a follow up call would occur, they gave us no directions as to what to look for or do if these symptoms continued. Just a lack of overall care. 15 minutes prior to her surgery I was going to leave to go to Kroger, the next store over, to get her some pudding and jello for later in the day, I was specifically called on the phone to tell me I could not leave the property prior to or during the surgery. She was still in the lobby. Upon her follow up visit she mentioned the lack of call for her concern and was told this is a young person surgery and that was the issue, she is 48. They made no mention of why there was no follow up call or concern for care. The lobby was full, they needed the room, didn’t contact us to follow up, and moved right past the concern the next week in the follow up. The business will not suffer but please pay attention to your interests when going here.
